- Plan your schedule daily: Set up each habit with a specific time range and receive reminders. The habit lineup screen transforms throughout the day, serving as a color-coded motivator for completing your habits in a timely manner.
- Stay focused with the today widget, which displays the next habit based on the current time. All habits are listed chronologically, making it easy to prioritize and complete them efficiently.
- Save and manage time with Timed Sessions. Precisely time your habits, whether they are single, combined, or multi-step routines. For example, you can time different workouts, morning and evening routines, meditation sessions, reading sessions, and more. Seamlessly integrate focus time with regular habits and tasks.
- Color-coded visual motivators: The app uses RED to indicate past start times, YELLOW for upcoming habits, and GREEN for habits not due on the current day.
- Take care of one-time tasks: Easily complete your daily to-dos and tasks. You can do them right away, skip them to the next day, or quickly reschedule them.
- Maintain multiple-times-a-day habits: The app allows for habits that need to be repeated multiple times within a specified time range. For example, you can track the number of times you drink water each day. The app automatically increments the counter and reminds you at equal intervals throughout the day.
- Habits with goal values: Track your progress towards a specific target value. For instance, you can aim to sleep 8 hours per day and record the number of hours slept.
- Trend chart for multiple-times-a-day and goal value habits: Visualize your progress on a chart that shows how your habits are trending towards your goals.
- Habit Lineup Dashboard Screen: Focus on one habit at a time. Bubbles indicating due or late habits are displayed at the top in chronological order, helping you stay focused and on track.
- Automatic skipping of habits: If you miss a habit on the scheduled day, it remains red and at the top of your list until completed. The app auto-skips it to the next scheduled time, ensuring it stays on your schedule until completed.
- Late-night habits: Plan habits that start in the current day and end after midnight. These habits remain red and at the top of your list, motivating you to complete them. They only auto-skip after the end time on the following day.
- Interactive streak calendar: Review and edit your previous habit history, in case you missed recording any habits.
- Motivating Assistive Repeating reminders: Configure reminder intervals for each habit to keep yourself on track. The reminders act like a personal assistant, nudging you to complete your habits.
- Interactive Alerts for quick completion: Complete and mark habits as done directly from notification alerts, the notification center, or even from your Apple Watch.
- Automatic native iCloud backup and sync: Your habit data is backed up and synced across all iOS devices, including iPhone, iPad, and iPod. Never lose your habit data or its history.
- Motivating Track Record: Monitor your performance based on weekly and monthly statistics. The app also displays your current streak and best streak in color-coded (RED, YELLOW, GREEN) format.
